Summer Bummer, or Summer Funner!?!
Summertime is both a blessing and a curse. The kids are not piled up with schoolwork. That leaves Momma to arrange the summer! Whether you are a public or homeschool mom, summer gives us all a run for our money!
Let's check out the different types of Summer Moms:
1. The Summer Funner: You plan. You arrange. Looking ahead and planning it out, you've got the summer thing in the bag!!
2. The Summer Slumberer: Let's let the kids stay up late so they sleep in and we only have to plan half the day! Yes, this is a good plan! ;)
3. The Summer Bummer: Life is so easy during the school year. We have schedules, leagues, plans. Now, we are bummed that it is summer! What in the world do we need to do with this gap in the rest of our lives??
4. The Summer Tripper: Going, Going, Gone!! Driving, Flying, Hiking...everywhere! Let's see the world!
5. The Summer Swizzler: You mix it up like a swizzle stick! Trips, sleeping late, crafts, slow days, and fast ones!
It doesn't really matter what kind of mom you are. What matters: Love Your Kids All Summer Long! Some days will be trying. Some days will be amazing. Just remember, Every day that you get to be a Mom is a blessing!!!
